Three plans, set apart by tool calls and ad accounts. Yearly billing costs 20% less. Cancel the monthly plan any month, the yearly plan by the end of the paid year. All prices plus VAT.

What to know before you start

  • Without a subscription

    Without an active subscription you get 50 tool calls per month and 1 ad account. The quota resets every calendar month.

  • 7-day trial

    Starter only. A payment method is required; you are charged after the trial ends. Cancel before and you pay nothing. Once per workspace.

  • Billing

    Via Stripe, plus VAT. Invoices, payment method, VAT ID and cancellation in the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Owners and admins can buy, switch and cancel.

What is a tool call?
Every call of a Helferlain tool from your assistant (Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor) counts against your plan quota. One question can trigger several calls, for example a tracking check, an audit and a priority list in a row.
What happens when my quota is used up?
Helferlain answers in the assistant with a note and a link to billing. The quota resets with the next calendar month, or you switch to a larger plan.
Do I get an invoice with a VAT ID?
Yes. You enter your billing address and VAT ID at Stripe and download invoices in the customer portal. Stripe calculates VAT based on your country.
How do I cancel?
In the Stripe customer portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; after that the limits without a subscription apply.
Do I need my own AI key?
No, not to get started. If you prefer, you can add your own Anthropic or OpenAI key. We will state any price for this here once it is decided.
